I have owned this same 400k btu unit for 8 years and it is the best purchase that I have ever made. It is used in a commercial setting and has never had a problem or service call. Reznor quality is second to none and definitely worth the extra cost.

We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. The filters required are a strange size, like 24 X 28. Probably even God doesn't know why.
