I would like to be able to give a good report, but the truth is during just the second winter I used this product it stopped working. I tried to relight it but as soon as I let of the pilot button the pilot goes out. I removed the thermocouple which senses the pilot flame and locks the gas valve on so the thermostat can control the burner. I was told if you sand it off it can restore its function. AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. Having some mechanical ability I decided to purchase and install a new unit myself. eComfort guided me through the whole system and the new unit was shipped to Calif. in just a few days. Had new unit installed in two days and had a licensed AC Tech do my start-up. I saved almost $6000 dollars. New project will be a whole house fan system which they also sell.
