The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.

3-star It's A 2013 Yr Model May 31, 2016

Not yet installed, installer will have time next spring for the installation. please note it is a 2013 yr model, not a newer 2015 improved model, and of course it's not the 2016 new 50CRN model. I'm disappointed by the fact it's on shelf for 3 years. I was expecting a 2015 manufactured as I was told when I call the dealer before the purchase. Regarding the performances and value, I will update after I have it installed by the local plumber master.
