I was very impressed with the units that Goodman sells. I purchased the efficient 96% unit. I installed it Feb. 27th in my garage and it replaced a 20 yr. old Carrier unit which was only 80% efficient. Of all the many units that I installed while working, I have never seen any unit built as well and strong as this Goodman unit and it works well. I'm happy to give this testimonial.

My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running. This heater was an almost exact replacement for a heater that had a burnout. Installed very easily. Narrow profile. Easy gas hookup. Runs very quiet. The optional blower is a necessary add-on for circulation. Only issue is that the vents are hot so small children must learn to stay away.
