I use the IN11 for a typical 6-fam 3-fl walk-up typical of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 5,000 sq.ft. living space. Check the dimensions. Mine appears twice the length of the photo. Mine is This is a high-efficiency unit that has streamlined my gas consumption. It's very easy to install and maintain. Sit it down on some flat 4" solid blocks, and assure a good fresh air intake method. Contractor grade fan got noisy within 2 years and progressively got worse. It was above a bedroom and became so loud it interfered with sleep. This fan is in same location and you have to open attic door to see if it is running. Time will tell if it was worth the price but initially it is a good investment.

I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.
