The fan came well packaged, and all of the contents were perfect. The fan is perfectly balanced and super quiet with no vibration. I can't hear it running at all in my house when it's running. The quality of the product is also very good. All other available attic fans are noisy and use a lot of power, so it's great to finally be able to purchase a high quality, low noise, and energy-efficient attic fan. I highly recommend it.

Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Hooked up the heater in late June, so no way to tell how it will work when the cold weather arrives. Hook up was easy, except the schematic didn't really tell which of the possible 5-6 spots the two line thermostat was to be hooked. Blew a fuse the first time I turned it on, but the second placing of the thermostat lines worked.
