Where do I start? I'm no HVAC pro. But I have one on speed dial. After much deliberating and my HVAC expert telling me to go with ecomfort I figured "what the heck". the site is great, the filter is okay. I would like to be able to give a good report, but the truth is during just the second winter I used this product it stopped working. I tried to relight it but as soon as I let of the pilot button the pilot goes out. I removed the thermocouple which senses the pilot flame and locks the gas valve on so the thermostat can control the burner. I was told if you sand it off it can restore its function. But that did not fix the problem and the pilot won't stay lit. I have to conclude that the... more

Rinnai EnergySaver ES38W Gas Fired Direct Vent Wall Furnace, LP, White - 36,500 BTU, 7-State Modulating gas valve, modulating blower, programmable thermostat, self diagnostic. Unbelievable difference in this like day and night highly recommend to anyone.

Purchased this unit for the garage,which is my work shop. The installation was not difficult and very straight forward. Did have an HVAC person vacuum the lines as suggested. Both the indoor and outside units are extremely quiet. Very pleased with Daikin.
