I placed my order on ecomfort.com based on the understanding that the units ordered would ship 2-5 business days (that's the info I was given at the time I made the purchase). I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with an indifferent and rude manager who informed that the items were on back order and that I had to wait longer. I have purchased 2 of those radiators for a living room. Impressed how easy are they for installation. They heat the room very fast, temperature is even at all corners of the room. I would highly recommend this radiator. Simply love it!
