We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.

I ordered the Mitsubishi 12000 BTU Ductless Heat Pump System for my Florida Rm and had it installed by a professional. It is operating absolutely great. I am more than satisfied with this unit. eComfort is the way to go.
