So far so good. I love how quiet the units are and they are doing a very nice job controlling the temperature in our space. But my wife would have loved it if the indoor units came in a darker color. Could there be color options? Just a suggestion.

Purchased this HRV to replace our 22-year old Mayaire unit. Didn't realize until the HRV arrived that it must hang for installation. My original unit sat on a table I built for it. So it took quite a while to find the right spot to have good access for straps, and not interfere with existing duct lines for old unit. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. it was installed on the august 16, 2016 I installed the furnace and the coil and the central unit also changed the duct work and had it all set up I do have a license. but I felt this being a new type to me I called April country air to make sure the warrant was good and they was here In good time now the central unit has been running good and keeping the home at the same temp. we will see how it dose in cold weather I do want to thank you do I need warrant papers or is the paper good
