Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........

We replaced an Amana unit with the LG that claimed to be the quietest on the market. It is definitely quieter and we have had it installed for two weeks, running every day, however it is not quiet by any means. There is some type of groan towards shut down that lasts for about 10-15 seconds. It also runs more than the Amana did which I'm sure will result in higher electrical bills. Our company has about 70 0f the v53 tankless waterheaters installed in our park models and cabins we got 7 cabins in 2015 june and 9 more in 2016 dec we are having problems with the heater to keep it running i've called for tech support but no one has a contract with rinnai to do warrenty work. We have customers in them now and no hot water - please help.

I just had my new system installed. It is a great system. It is very quiet and cools are home very well. One thing if you order a a/c system don't what to long because they run out.
