I ordered the Modine unit from this site. After i placed the order I received a call from a customer rep to verify the order details. I realized then that I did not ask for lift gate on shipping. The rep added that for me. I received the unit within three days and it installed quickly. It works great!

Blew the competitors out of the water and they recommended an HVAC licensed installer that also were great and the install price was better than the local competition. Thank you eComfort. The only thing was a bit cumbersome was the install as my home is an older one, but once installed the AC blew cold and the quietness of the external and interior unit was unbelievable. We've now had 3 months of use from the boiler and it has performed well, and though the purchase and installation wasn't cheap, it heats our large home well with a hydronic/forced-air system. Lately we have had a problem with the fan racing noisily and exhaust huffing and puffing. My installer is away, so I'm hoping it is a programming issue that I can resolve. A good help phone number for the unit would be nice. Perfect purchase, delivery, etc. by eComfort
