If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Replaced the old unit with the new Goodman GSX13 - 2.5 ton. Would you believe it's so quiet you can hardly hear it run? The old one was noisy. This is one of the best units I have used. I will buy Goodman from hear on. Thank you goodman.
