I use the IN11 for a typical 6-fam 3-fl walk-up typical of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 5,000 sq.ft. living space. Check the dimensions. Mine appears twice the length of the photo. Mine is This is a high-efficiency unit that has streamlined my gas consumption. It's very easy to install and maintain. Sit it down on some flat 4" solid blocks, and assure a good fresh air intake method. It's very first electric boiler installation, it was wonderful experience and very simple to install, yes I would do it again. One thing though, it did not com back with the circulation pump like the gas boiler. For amount of money they charge, it should provide some other accessories.

I installed the heater per the installation instructions...upgrading my natural gas line to 3/4" from the meter to the heater. I am satisfied with how quiet the unit is, but it is taking way too long to get any hot water. We have metered water and it is expensive. Any savings I may have gained from doing away with the pilot lite and storage tank will be more than lost letting the water run for 2 to 3 times longer than with a tanked water heater.
