The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I've tried several PTAC units. Most are quite good, the LG's however are by far the best and most efficient units that I've ever used. They are slightly more expensive, but extremely reliable, quiet and user friendly..
