I love this system. It's been installed in my house for almost two years now and have no problems at all and all the hot water I need. I would recommend this to anyone replacing a hot water unit. Originally, I had a tankless coil in the furnance and that required the furnace to run all year long. Now, I can shut off the furnace during the summer. Also, this product is energy star compliant which means a payback from uncle sam during tax time.

I have installed these units for last one month only and they seems to be great. Very quiet units and very efficient. I have installed total 7 units and all are running fine. I think everyone should get them installed by professional installers.

I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. Replacement Boiler Sep 12, 2016

I had to buy a boiler to replace one leaking ,putting pilot out..i like the electronic ignition, but seems to be more to go wrong...replace boards $100...standing pilot ,no problems..except leaks in boiler...ill fire warranty claim later...6 year old boiler......i like quality of weil mcclain....we will see about warranty...ps installer now has parkinsons, and will not/can't cooperate......
